Seriously, people who live in US and can vote - WHO ARE YOU GOING TO VOTE FOR? 
If there is one thing that the president can really do to affect the nation in the future, it is appoint justices to the Supreme Court. In that regard, I cannot fault Obama in any way. He has been perfect when it comes to SCOTUS appointments. 
I shudder - SHUDDER - to think what Mitt Romney would do with that power.
